Measuring impact in nonprofit organizations is an important, but often challenging process. In this workshop, we will discuss a few of the key steps you can take to set your organization up for measurement success! The discussion will include an example of a theory of change model (what you can do BEFORE it is time to measure) and a review of the key kinds of performance metrics every organization should consider. Impact measurement is very specific to individual organizations, so the session will include time for participants to describe their current or desired systems of measurement.
